I have a rental house in Tampa that the previous tenants had trashed. There were holes in the walls and doors, cracks in the tiles in the bathroom and kitchen, and the railing on the back porch was destroyed. I had called multiple other companies, and only one came out in a reasonable time frame, but their prices were unreasonably high and they wanted half upfront. I called Mark and he came out the next day to look at the property. The next day I received a very reasonable estimate. He started the job the next Monday with no money up front, and had it done in just a few days. The work was perfect. His and his crews attention to details are amazing. The textured wall's patching was perfect. Overall awesome job, and I will definitely be calling him again. Amazing customer service, skill, and attention to detail

He was on time and completed the work on time with good quality. He takes no deposit and takes payment only after the work is completed. I highly recommend him
