Exterior Pressure Washing

Exterior pressure washing will make your home clean again! Pressure washing will remove dirt, mold, grime, gum, and loose paint from structures. As part of the painting process, pressure washing is the best option for pretreating a structure to prepare it for the painting process. For a structure that doesn’t need to be painted, pressure washing will bring new life to it by removing environmental and other contaminants from the surface.

Commercial Pressure Washing

Commercial pressure washing is an excellent way to refresh and restore your building or other structure to a fresh condition. Many businesses are in areas or in industries where pollutants find their way onto the surfaces of the property. Pressure washing solves unsightly cosmetic problems, even when a painting isn’t necessary.

Pool Deck & Pool Enclosure Cleaning

Pool decks and pool enclosures are constantly assaulted by the salts, chemicals, and soils associated with pools. Pressure washing cleans away these contaminants and makes the pool look great again.

Driveway Pressure Cleaning

Driveway pressure cleaning will benefit not only a driveway but also walkways, patios, paths, and other hardscape surfaces. Concrete or pavers with dirt, mold or mildew, weeds, stains, grease, sap, or other debris will look fantastic after a professional pressure washing.

Wall & Fence Pressure Washing

Wall and fence pressure washing is an excellent value since these structures are within a horizontal view. Pressure washing will also uncover the necessity for painting if it’s an issue and hasn’t been performed in a while.

Pressure Washing Service FAQs

+ How often should I have pressure washings?

The time between pressure washings is based on need. Some surfaces need to be pressure washed frequently, such as those areas where unsightly buildup is an ongoing problem. Other areas stay relatively clean and don’t require constant pressure washing. An easy rule of thumb is that if it looks dirty or tired, it probably needs to be pressure washed.

+ Can't I just do power washing myself?

A homeowner with the time, tools, and expertise to perform pressure washing may want to do it themselves. We have found, however, that pressure washing by an expert far surpasses the pressure washing performed by an amateur, both because using an expert minimizes the potential for damage and maximizes the finished look.

+ Will high pressure damage my home?

High pressure will damage a home or other structure when it’s incorrectly applied. Surface damage such as general degradation, pitting, paint removal, and crumbling mortar will result if pressure washing is inexpertly performed. Some items should never be pressure washed, such as electrical components, windows, asphalt roofing, porous elements, and lead paint. No one wants to deal with the adverse effects of pressure washing damage, which is why many homeowners choose to have their pressure washing performed by an expert.

+ Do I need to be home for the cleaning?

No, there is no reason to be home during the pressure washing. Cleaning doesn’t require your attendance, nor may you wish to be home, leaving the path clear for the pressure washing team and the noise it brings.
