  • Preparation

Surface preparation is the most important part of any painting project. From sanding rough surfaces and caulking windows and doors to priming, everything is outlined in our detailed estimates. Without the proper preparation and priming, even the most expensive paint will not perform correctly.

  • Finish

We help the homeowner determine if a flat, eggshell, satin, or semi-gloss finish is appropriate for their project. After the proper surface preparation, the high-quality paints we use can perform at their best.

Exterior Painting

Exterior painting creates beauty and curb appeal, in addition to increasing the value and ambiance of your property. Our professional painters paint all exterior surfaces, including full painting of aluminum, brick, masonry, stucco, vinyl, and wood. We paint all fascia, gutters, doors, windows, and trim. Let us paint or stain the wood elements, including the decks, stairs, railing, and fence.

Some steps we take to ensure a beautiful finished product include power washing the surfaces we will paint to remove all debris. We will sand or scrape areas that require additional attention before applying the primer. Loose trim will be tightened or nailed back in place. All wood trim will be repaired or replaced if it’s rotten. We will patch damaged areas so they blend with the existing finish and fill all cracks.

Our stringent quality control demands that we also protect surfaces that aren’t be painted, including surfaces such as walkways, windows, plants, unpainted brick, decks, pool areas, and more. The caliber of our work is essential to us, meaning we want you to be supremely happy with the results.

Residential Service FAQs

+ What should I look for when hiring a painting contractor?

Three things make a painting contractor stand out: the skill of the crew, the quality of the paint, and the reputation of the company.

We have a top-notch crew, and offer them benefits such as workers comp insurance so we can keep the very best painters in the business. We believe our work should display a superior excellence, and take great pride in the steps we take to achieve that.

We also use superior quality paint, because a job will never look its best without using the best quality paint with the right texture and shade for the job.  High-quality paint will also provide better coverage, protect your home better, and last longer than average paint.

Our reputation is the third thing we think makes us a great painting contractor. Not only are we licensed, bonded, and insured, including workman’s comp insurance for our crew, but we believe in 100% customer satisfaction, meaning if you aren’t happy, we aren’t happy.

+ Can I leave my home while your painting crew works?

You absolutely can leave your home during the painting process. In fact, some customers prefer it that way, for several reasons.  We cover and protect the surfaces we aren’t going to paint, including beds furniture and appliances, hampering living conditions in the rooms we’re painting. Limited painting projects will interfere with your routine less.

Some people find they have a low tolerance to the odor of wet paint, even though we use low or zero VOC wall paints to limit the smell. Projects involving wood will convey greater odors due to the products necessary to prepare and finish them.

Because our crew members have worked for us for years, they have earned our trust through a history of honest behavior. Our most valuable treasure-- our reputation--is based on their integrity!

+ What kind of paint do you use?

We use high-performance, full coverage, low or zero VOC long lasting paint and stain in both standard favorites and trending colors. Because we buy in quantity, we can obtain higher grade paint at a lower cost than the average homeowner. We believe this is well worth the additional cost because of the many benefits better paint offers our customers. Sheen and colors depend on the site and customer preference, but we also match paint when needed. Some homeowners wish to supply their own paint for the job. If so, we will work with their paint.

+ Do you offer a warranty?

Because we are licensed, bonded, and insured, the customer has the added comfort of knowing these securities back all of our work. Also, we don’t ask for payment upfront, preferring that the customer is satisfied with the painting job before parting with their hard-earned money.
